For example, instead of carved marble details, custom-cast colored concrete was used extensively, utilizing modern casting technology developed specifically for this project.

Exterior design included broad timber-frameed Florentine-styled overhangs and the interiors were created by our regionally renowned designer, Lorna Hall.

Great Hall

This new home built in the wake of the Oakland Hills Firestorm and designed in the spirit of ancient Italian Farmhouse Villas, required the adaptation of modern technologies of casting and forging to create details redolent of a lost era.
